What is the Little Black Dress Project 2.0?
The Little Black Dress Project 2.0, also known as LBD 2.0, is a 4-week transformation program designed to help you look and feel your best, whether you’re wearing your favorite Little Black Dress or nothing at all. It’s an updated version of the original LBD program with new recipes, content, and resources.
How long is the program?
LBD 2.0 runs for 4 weeks, starting on Monday, November 6th, and ending on Sunday, December 3rd. Yes, it runs through Thanksgiving. Each week there will be a cheat day. You can make Thanksgiving your cheat day or we will show you how to make this a healthier day!
What can I expect from LBD 2.0?
Expect to get lean, tight, and toned, melt away stubborn fat (especially belly fat), and increase your metabolism. This program offers flexibility and convenience, and if you’re in the SF Bay Area, you have the option to join in-person workouts. If there is enough interest in El Dorado Hills, we will also consider having in-person workouts. You can also do our workouts at any gym.
Is this program suitable for me if I’m not in the SF Bay Area?
Absolutely! LBD 2.0 offers a remote program that you can participate in from anywhere in the world. We provide the technology to support you throughout the program.
Are the workouts included?
Yes, you’ll have access to workouts that complement the program. We believe fitness should be fun and effective, and we’ve got you covered.
What if I have injuries?
If you have injuries or health concerns, please let us know when you register. We specialize in helping those with injuries. We’ll work with you to ensure that the program is tailored to your needs and safe for you.
Is LBD 2.0 different from the original Little Black Dress Project (LBD 1.0)?
Yes, while LBD 2.0 shares the same philosophy as the original LBD program, it features BRAND NEW RECIPES & CONTENT! You’ll find new meal guides, printable grocery lists, inspirational emails, and more.
